12月5日生效, 2019, the Personnel Action Form (PAF) has been replaced by a simplified set of electronic transaction-specific request processes.  Therefore no more paper PAFs will be accepted.  To access the appropriate transaction link, please select your division below to see available personnel transaction links specific to your division.  If you need transaction links for a GRANT-SPONSORED employee, please select the GRANTS link below.
